I am looking for a qualified builder that has exprience building stairs down to the dock from a rocky hillside on Lake Pend Oreille, similar to the ones in this photo. If you have done this work before and can supply photos and references, I'd be interested in hearing from you. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Approximate 90 Steps All supporting posts will be 4x4, or larger treated wood Width of each step - 3 feet Landings - 3 - 6 x 6 landings and two smaller ones Stairs: One side of stairs will have railings, 2 x 4 Cedar Railings on down hill side Product: Hem/Fir Frames and Jacks All surfaces 5/4 thick, 6" wide, Cedar Concrete Supports If you have better ideas on the cost and construction,I'm open to hearing about it, for I'm not the expert! 90 Stair project will commence shortly, so if your looking for work, can do it at a high level,please get back to me promptly Thanks
