NORDIC POLE WALKING BEGINNER BASICS CLASSES

(You can book them anytime in all locations in the Treasure Valley. Call Instructor for bookings and with details)

When: Tuesday, Sept 22 & 29

Time: 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Where: Session I: Kiwanis Park, Payette (across from Albertsons). Meet near the outdoor ampitheatre/gazebo
Session II: TBA

Cost: $35/3 hrs (2 sessions)

You will then be sent a confirmation email with 2 attachments; one to be filled out and brought with you at Session I on Sept 22.

Poles will be provided for your use in all sessions. They are also available for retail.
