Description
Garnets owner had to move and she and two feline siblings and two dogs she left at our local shelter. Garnet is a 5 year old who is very loving but a tad scared which is very understandable. Her back legs were fused at birth but she gets around remarkably well. I have caught her on the second shelf of a cat tree and the other day I saw her jumping in the air after a fly. It takes a little time for Garnet to trust but once she has that trust she is very loving and loves to have her belly rubbed and to be petted and touched all over. She would make someone a great companion. She occasionally misses the litter box but think that is because she needs a longer one where she has plenty of room to adjust her legs and get situated. I've added some extra pictures so that you can see what her legs look like. Garnet is now living in a caged environment in an outbuilding.
