I will pay $5 for the October 1962 Speed & Custom magazine in good condition. It has a Red 1958 Chevy on the front.
There is an article on page 48 titled "Show & Go Chevy".
My husband owned this car at that time.
He went into the Army during Vietnam War.
Car got sold while he was in the service.
We do not know the serial number, but the car was sold to
Lyle Musick back in the mid 1960's.
I talked to him this Summer & he told us that;
His folks sold the car while he was also in the service!!
Just wondering if anyone knows what happened to this car.
It was white with red, white, & charcoal interior.
The door panels also had the chevron on them as shown in the picture.
It was unique, as it had a speaker in the middle of the back seat.
My husband put that in, as it was not a factory item.
ANY INFO is welcomed about this car.
I would like to find it for my Husband
He recently had heart surgery in the Portland, Oregon, VA hospital
This would brighten his day !!
