Responsibilities Include:
* Resolving customer inquiries
* Providing customers with account information
* Resolving or referring billing disputes
* Correcting payment errors
* Reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate
* Completing account maintenance
* Accepting card, check or other order requests
* Acting on lost and stolen cards
* Accessing customer needs for other products and services and cross-selling other products
Qualified Candidates will have:
* Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
* Computer navigation familiarity
* Previous customer service or other related work experience
* Good verbal communication skills
* Problem solving abilities
